The PROmotion League Portal (the “Portal”) is provided by PROmotion Pickleball LLC to participants in its leagues. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Registration and payment

League registration, payment, participant eligibility, age restrictions and capacity are administered by Holland Parks & Recreation, not through this Portal. The Portal manages league play for participants who are already registered.

Acceptable use

You agree to enter scores and attendance information accurately and only for games you are authorized to record. Administrators may correct records to preserve accurate competitive history.

Records

Competitive records (scores, standings, attendance) are retained as durable league history, including after a session ends or you leave a league.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. This document is provided for a recreational sports community and is not a substitute for legal advice.
