What we collect
Your name, email address, self-rated skill level, and league activity (attendance, court assignments, game scores, standings). We do not collect your date of birth or payment information.
How it is used
To run PROmotion leagues: calculating court assignments and standings, showing other participants who they are playing with, and sending operational email such as schedule reminders and cancellations.
Who can see what
Other participants see your name where operationally necessary: court assignments, games, standings and history. Your email address, account details and skill profile are private. Administrative notes are visible only to league administrators.
Critical operational notices (cancellations, reschedules) are sent to all actively enrolled participants. Other notification categories can be turned off in your profile.
